Operation Concept

Its concept of operation eliminates the need to use pumps, motors and valves. Based on a process of equal volumetric displacement, which generates an automatic adjustment of the pressure in the mill heads keeping them always with the same displacement.

Durability of Hydrostatic Equalizer

It is made with the same practices (materials, tolerances and machining processes) that we use in the construction of the heads of our mills, but the equalizer and parts (seals and piston) work with pressure differences of 4 times smaller that occur inside the head of the mills, which lead us to believe that if there is no oil contamination it can work over 15 years without maintenance.
