The DVU® (Single Vertical Shredder) is a system of cane preparation type vertical heavy duty, specially developed for chopped sugarcane that contains only one rotor not being preceded by any other rotor, roll feeder or feed mechanism.
The principles were pursued in its development; low maintenance, high reliability, low energy consumption and reduction in initial investment. With DVU® is always included the SMH system (hidraulic draw hammer) system that draw the hammers hydraulically, making maintenance simple and fast.
